Cleric/Rangers -- do they get all Druid spells?

    I know there's a bug that allows C/R to get all Druid spells in Baldur's Gate I and II, and I was wondering if the same thing applies in IWD.

    If it does, I wouldn't mind sacrificing a Druid in my party, because I don't really use the shapeshifting abilities too much (do Druids get any other special abilites besides these?).

    Not as far as I've seen. I tried a cleric/ranger out as I too liked them in BG2, but they only start to get druid spells as appropriate to their ranger levels. Its still nothing to turn you nose up at, and can make for a more colourful character than a fighter/cleric, but the slightly slower levelling is noticable. Up to you, really.

    Yep but fighter/druids are not worthless. Unlike in BG2 the elementa; changes are not worthless. Water Elemental change gives you tremendous physical resistance that when combined with any and all items of physical resistance you get invulneribility to phyiscal attacks. Fully outfitted my last fighter druid was over 100% resistant to al damage except I think he was only 95% resistant against one attack form. Only downside is that the druid takes an enormous penalty to electicity resistance so dont be fighting bolt mages are anything like that as a water elemental.
