    Referring to the one that gets threatened by a thug. If you help him, you get one shot at buying goods from him at a discount.

    Notice anything unusual about his wares? If you "triggered" this event in chapter 2 or 3, maybe you won't see anything odd.

    But if you triggered this in chapter 6 - hey, it's that shop from Brynnlaw in chapter 4! With all the junk I sold to him intact!

    Coincidence? I'm guessing probably not, but it does seem a bit strange to see the same stock of items for sale at two "different" shops.

    Actually, I sold a bunch of stuff to him in Chapter 2 or 3 and, lo and behold, the Brynnlaw shop was offering me my stuff when I showed up on the shores. Works both ways.
