    Has anyone else not been able to connect to mIRC or have the java chat not work? Anyone know what's casusing this?

    Whenever I try to connect through mIRC It always times out. I left it trying for about half an hour, and it had tried in the region of 80 times, but it didn't work.

    wildfire, same here, it just says it keeps timing out, i dont knwo whats goping on but it says sumthin in the help about it being the isp, what isp do you use? i use freeserve in conjunction with btfree offpeak.

    Hmmm....I've been wondering where you've been Avarahtar. Used to see you around alot at night, but not lately....guess I know why now. Maybe this is why the chat has been rather empty as of late....or perhaps I just don't go at the right times anymore :)

    Hey i have been having problems trying to get into the friendly arm in, i have been trying for ages and still i cant get in. :(
    A week ago it was no problem i could go into the chat easily.
    Does anyone know why i can not join, is the site have having problems or something?

    [​IMG] The chatroom is totally separate from the site, so if it doesn't load, it's the chat server that's down. It happens from time to time, so I try to get everyone to use mIRC since that will never fail because you can choose among two servers.

    Anyway, I tried it just now and it works, so it must have been fixed.

    I think it was a problem with the planet Z server, because when I tried the irc.webmaster server, it connected fine, but with planet Z it still wouldn't connect. SO anyone still not getting through with mIRC, try switching to the irc.webmaster.com server.
