Changing Display Size

    Hmm. Do any of you guys know if there is any way to change the display size the game plays at? I got a new monitor and it's bigger than my old one.

    Now the game looks really wierd on the size of my monitor. I feel almost like I'm playing with Miniature's rather than a computer game.

    Sorry, 640 * 480 is the only display size that BG has. You can get others with Tutu, but that's a discussion for another forum... :rolling:

    Well I have other issues with little side affects caused by TuTu. Call me a purist. So I guess I will just have to put up with it.

    Hey 640x480 is better IMHO, I play IWD and BG2 and ToB with 640x480 and I love it! I don't like characters getting smaller and smaller in higher res.

    i feel kind of like Taluntain's yoyo.

    I understand the confusion though. It did get brought up.

    If anybody else has any ideas to my first question or if it's just rediculously impossible I'd like to know.

    I have a question. How is the game being shown? Do you get a small (640x480) screen surrounded by huge black margins?

    It's stretched out to fit my huge new LCD screen. Like I said. I feel like I'm playing with miniatures. though just how little of the area you can see in BG is blatantly evident on my screen as well.

    As I said, it's the only one BG has. Without rather extreme mods (for just a display size), there's no way to change it.

    Thank you Felinoid and everybody else. Had to try. I might actually try playing it in Window mode. Otherwise I'll jsut deal with it. Thanks for all the people trying to think on it though.
