Can't open the chest!

    Hello.

    I can't open the chest located next to mandal's corpse, and I can't continue since I need the third rope to fix the bridge. I already tried with the potion of master thievery and the party member with the highest skill in "open lock" has 8. What can I do?. Please help, thank you.

    have you tried to force the lock open with a high str member?
    tbh i think you skilled bad if you got picklock 8 only.
    did you know you can buy unlimited ropes in the wandering village?

    Do you have a spellcaster that knows the spell "Knock" because it can unlock anything that has a conventional locking system. That is what I used to open the chest.

    or just use cheats to import it with dalekeeper 2 you can get it on there.

    If he is in Dragons Eye, he cant go back to the wandering village.

    Brute force is probably the easiest way to get the job done, unless your wizard has a knock spell. To open a lock by force, select your weapon by left clicking on it. Your hand-cursor changes into a sword , now click on the chest.
