Cannot rest - why?

    I am in the river caves and now my party cannot rest, and i really need to! anyone know how i canr rest?

    [​IMG] Yhea it gets really annoying. There are just certain points in the game where you cannot rest there. try traveling somewhere resting there and coming back if you need to rest badly. for example after you hurt Isair or his sister and they leave to go heal and you are away from all monsters and such it will not let you rest you can save but not rest. Sometimes you simply cannot rest in that place. Other times you have to complete a quest or kill all the monsters in the area to rest.

    meybe there are monsters, but some places you are NOT allowed to rest, <ex>caves

    i've found a little trick to see if you can rest or not - if your characters are holding their weapons up and look alert, then you cant rest. if they are holding their weapons down and look around to the sides, stretch and start saying they are bored if you leave them long enough, then you can rest.

    ps, not sure if this was said, but if there is a web, entangle, cloudkill or any other area-affect spell being used in the area, then you cant rest.
