Can you kill the genie?

    [​IMG] Can you kill the water genie in the ice temple (marid?)? It seems you get two rounds before he goes invisible. I've blasted him with fire spells and back stabbed him with a thief simultaneously,for about 180 pts of damage, but he always gets away. I don't have anyone with see invisible and he can cast it while in the middle of an insect swarm.
    Is he worth bothering with, does he have anything good?

    Yes, he can be killed. From what I can remember, he has a scimitar +1, but not anything special. Try stunning him with a chro orb.

    Tried everything to hold him, but his saves are good. I am squatting some levels now, I'll try him before I leave the area.
