can my friend play a mod I make?

    [​IMG] Hi there, I just talked my best friend into buying NWN and I want to make a mod for her to play. She just has the NWN and I have NWN with the SOU expansion pack. If I use the old tilesets and creatures will she be able to play my module?

    Unfortunately not. If you make a mod when you have SoU installed, it gets flagged as requiring SoU to play, even if you don't use any SoU content.

    I believe that I read that Bioware was working on an easily used switch to be used in the toolset that will turn off the SOU flag so that you could create NWN-only material. I think it was to be implemented in 1.31, but I'm not sure.
