Sell them to the shop next to Arundel's in Kuldahar. Unless you have Orrick's book of course. The other ones are for show and not much dough.

Drop them. The only usefull book is the one that tells you the colours of the Krakken Society which comes in usefull later in the game. And the book on Mythrals that you find in the Fortress of the Hand. Generally books sell for about a gp or two so carry a Yeti pelt or something more worthwhile instead of a book.

Orrick is looking for the book of mythals. The book on the Kraken Society is useful when you head into Lower Dorn/Final Chapter. You can sell it in town (to keep it in a safe place) and then buy it back for a few gold once you head into Chapter 6, because you won't need it until then.

The rest of the books are useless.

Orrick wants the book of Mythals which can be found at the top floor in one of the spires of the Seldarine (severed) Hand. Read our walkthru for more details.
Oh yeah, you have to request the book specificly from the ghost bookkeeper, so don't look for it on the shelves.
