bug fixes compatiblity issue

    i'm playing the japanese version of BG2 and everything is essentially the same as the english version except for the text of course. If i installed one of the patches out there to fix bugs (for the english version) do you think it would compatible?

    i never tried downloading and installing any patches so if it didn't work is there a way to safely remove the patch without affecting my current game? thanks

    I *think* (let someone else confirm before you mess anything up!) that any fix that doesn't affect dialog.tlk will be fine. Keep that in mind as you install them.

    For the official patch, you need the Japanese official patch. The English one will obviously not do.
