I just started a new game of PoR2:RoMD and noticed a bug with the zombies.
It seems that during the surprise round, when you lose your dex bonus to AC, if you have a dex less than 10, you actually get a bonus to AC since you don't get the penalty either.

Zombies are listed as AC 10, but when you fire ranged attacks at them in the surprise round, it's vs AC 11. When the surprise round ends, it goes back to AC10 following the same rules as for when you get your Dex bonus back after the zombie gets its first action.

I wonder if that applies to the PCs as well? Something to investigate.

Obviously the encoded the game to simply ignore the dex modifier during the surprise round.

Just added a screenshot of the zombies at ac11. I don't know how to get more than one pic per battle because alt-tab doesn't work in Windows 98SE, and I'm afraid to install it under XP or on my Vista/7 computer due to the bug in the installer/uninstaller. The game gets automatically reinstalled when I restore one of my backups of the Windows 98SE OS due to less antipiracy in Windows 9X.
