So what do you think is the best class in this game? I have to go with the fighter or the thief.

Would'nt it be cool if you could be a Fighter/Mage/Thief :D

Well you kind of are a fighter/mage/thief, so long as you have the correct NPC's with you (Dakkon, Annah). The game is playable and completable (sp?) with fighter, mage, or theif; though I favour the mage for the snazzy spell effects :heh:

The general view is that you should play like this -

'Fighter at the begginning, then Mage, then if time allows play thief'

However there is no 'best' class IMO, since this is intended as a ROLEplaying game, rather than a powergaming slash fest.

Mage. I'm with Trillex on this one, why would you want to miss out on all of those absurdly cool spell affects?

I almost always play as a fighter, they're the safest to play since it doese'nt matter so much if you make a mistake during combat.
