I think that the best armor for a fighter is Bathed in Blood, AC -1, For a theif it would have to be Studded Leather +4: Shadowed, and for a mage, I would have to say that a combination of the Silver Bracers of Kedl AC:2 and the Robe of Enfusing AC bonus of 2 for a combined AC:0. The Robe of the Watcher is also good for a mage.

[IMG] In the elven fortress I found a great elven chainmail "kaylessa's chainmail" (or so), giving +1 on dex with an AC of 2 and 20% cold resistance - I am completely happy with it :) it is perfect for my elven fighter-thief. With hood of the rogue (AC +2, +10 on stealth) this is a great armor for a fighter-thief.
Reading the shadow armor's stats in dalekeeper this item sounds *very* promising but I haven´t found it yet. However, should I find it, I´d wished I had chosen a half-elf ranger-cleric instead of a fighter-cleric ;) ... oh well

For my halfling paladin ;) I love the helm of the trusty defender (+3 AC bonus, usable by halflings and gnomes only) and the mitrhral field plate; I´m also using the red kinghtess' shield.

PS: I have to retranslate the names from german to english ...
