[IMG] What's the funniest thing you've ever seen during a movie's gag reel? Likewise, what's the worse thing you've ever seen?

    Are gag reels worth it?

Stupid question, but is a gag reel the short clips at the end of the movie, the ones that usually contain boof-ups and retakes?

If so then I think the best one I have ever seen is the stuff at the end of "Grumpy Old Men." Some of them are absolutely hilarious, and had both me and my father in stiches.

The calculation errors in Shrek seem to be quite funny. And I found the bits of Rush Hour quite hilarious.

One semi-off-topic comment: The Making of Bad Taste is neat! This was one of Peter Jackson's first movies. The movie is actually so bad, that it is funny.

It's not really a Gag reel, but at the VERY end of Ferris Bueller's Day Off, when he walks out and says:
"What are you still doing here? The movie's over. go home."

    That had me in stitches.

Yes, Ferris' 'gag reel' was cool.

For me, anything from Mr Jackie Chan tops the list. Not just the gag reels either, every minute of his movies (well, almost) always get me busting a gut.

Don't know if it can be counted a gag-reel, but Jackass: The movie has some funny stuff during the rolling text....
