I am still playing AoE II (because I don't want to pay for AoE III), and I am trying to edit some 'scenarios' to make some new challenges for me. However, I can't seem to figure out how to put stone and gold 'quarries' down in the editor. I have tried every possible option, from Terrain (suprisingly, it isn't there) to Units to Buildings (just incase they misplaced it...), but I have not been able to find either stone or gold.

Has anyone had a similar problem, or does anyone know how to solve it? (i.e, where is the damn stone and gold?! ;) )

Well, I figured it out. You have to copy and paste it from another scenario... annoying, because there is no undo button, so if you place it in the wrong spot, you have to reload.

IIrc, you have to choose "gaia" as the team, and then you can choose the stuff from the menu where you place units and buildings (can't recall if it was called terrain (but I don't think it was) or nature, or something like that).

You could replace the errors with grass and start again.

It doesn't work like that Morgoth, it just places the grass underneath the rocks or gold. Weird.

    Thanks Bahir, I'll try it.

    EDIT: It worked, thanks Bahir.
