Well, this schoolyear is coming to an end, and I have a final italian test, which is to write a letter. Only problem is, I dont speak italian. So, if there is anyone of you with a bit of knowledge of the italian language and a bit of time, Im asking you to translate the sentences below.

"The weather here is great, sun every day and no clouds in the sky"

"I live with my uncle in a big house with view over the water."

"I usualy take the bus to school, but sometimes I walk"

"I have a cool neighbour, an old man with a long beard, and he usualy speaks to me about the adventures he had in his youth" (if you want, you can remake this into something else, as long as it has a description of a person in it)

"In the evenings I usualy study or play basketball down by the beach"

"Tomorrow my cousin is comming to visit, he lives in a city nearby"

"It's getting late and I have to stop writing now, I have a big test tomorrow."

I hope this isnt too much trouble for you, but if you do it for me I will owe you one big time, and I will do everything in my power to repay my debt.

Does the following "letter" have any grammatical flaws?
