As the topic says - any different dialogues or events if you have done paladin stronghold quests for your own paladin character before Anomen's passing his test?

Never had both in my party together, but my Inquisitor never had any mention of Anomen during his guild quests.

Had to take on some fallen paladins, think it was the bridge district.

Had to handle a dispute over some land in Umar Hills

Had to save some girl from being kidnapped

    Had to retrieve Carsmyr.

I am not sure if Anomen being in the party will alter any of the quests, but I would think that they are separate.

Thank you, but I remember paladin stronghold quests. I'm rather interested in possible changes that their completion might inflict on Anomen's ones.

I've run Anomen in nearly all my parties, to include my paladins, and don't remember anything out of the ordinary -- other than when going after the fallen paladins, one of them recognizes Anomen. He quickly tells them that he has not taken his test yet (regardless of whether or not he actually has) and they believe him.

Yes, I imagine all those freaks crying 'he lied and he's a paladin still (Keldorn)!'

The Fallen Paladins is not a stronghold quest. I did that quest with my mage. Ryan Trawl, who gives the quest, even says that it is not a stronghold quest.

Anomen has no influence on the stronghold quests.
