    1. Where do I find kelsey? OR do I just import him? If so, how is this done?

    2. If i'm an evil female character...ss it possible for me to intentionally 'help' Anomen fail his test and still romance him?

    2. No idea, but I doubt it.

    I'm sure you could just tell Anomen that murdering Saerk is the best way to exact justice, and he'll do just that. Then he'll fail his test, and I'm pretty sure you can continue to romance him.
