i decided to keep both in my party, this is my first time through bg2, i just got done with the eyeless quest(s) and both of these guys wanted to see momma, i had anomen goto the courts instead of murder, and had firecam talk instead of killing or leaving the party, my question is will i be able to keep both or should i start looking for a replacement for one or both whith the choices i have made.

    thanks

You can keep both in your party. Just let things play out, and you will be able to continue with them.

You may not want to keep them....

I've never been able to keep Keldorn -- I always feel sorry for the guy.

Anomen is a great cleric BUT DOES HE EVER SHUT UP!!!

Keldorn is more than happy to come with you after his little break with his wife. Take him... he is a prof soldier... unlike Aerie... who would be better off at home doing the cooking :D

Keldy should be waiting for you in his office quarters after a day or 3 have passed.

@T2 did you romance him playing a female char? Id think that would be endlessly more painful :hahaerr:

@ Shrikant: Doing that now. Female monk. There are times the disintegrating hand would be a welcome relief...but fortunately I have Jan in the group to make things more tolerable (the story of Ano is great, I initially thought a fight was going to break out).

@ Sythe: I just can't take the guy away from home again (probably from some painful childhood memory I've buried). Besides there are other good fighter-types you can get and I like Mazzy's voice.

Yeah I have done the Anomen romance too and it is very tempting to either chop him into little bits or stop picking the pathetic fawning responses he wants and verbally start tearing strips off the jerk's hide.

Jan's Ano story was a classic but by the point I heard it I would have been glad if Anomen had started a fight and gave me an excuse to get rid of him once and for all. Oh well, he does get considerably less annoying later on in the game.

Well, if you want to be able to use one of the most powerful weapons in the game (a +5 two handed sword), and your PC is not a paladin, I suggest you bring Keldorn along! Once you pick him up after the incident with his wife, he'll never speak of it again...I think. Keldorn is cool, whereas Anomen is a wimp! :rolling:

Anomen must be one of the more controversial NPCs. I'm trying desperately to understand things from his point of view so I can put up with him for the rest of the game.
