    1. Is there any use for all the non-magic amulets, rings and small nonsenses that can be found in Chp1? Besides does needed for specials weapons?

    2. Where can I buy 3rd levels spells? Whatg will be the most usefull spells for a sorcerer? Why is it that it is so neglected in the game?

The jewelry is just a form of treasure. You don't need it for anything. If it is relevant for a plot, that'll be marked.

You can buy spells from Eltoora in the Many Starred Cloak. If she doesn't have 3rd level spells in chapter one, she certainly does in later chapters. There are a few other occult vendors in later chapters as well.

Sorcerors have the same spell needs as wizards, they just have to be more careful not to get redundant spells since their selection is limited. I don't know what you mean by being neglected. How is it neglected?

I think by being neglected, he means that the scrolls for those classes are rare. I found this to not be the case. With my cleric, I found more wizard scrolls by the end of Chapter Two than I knew what to do with.

As to the question of the amulets, they are a good source of money. Sell them.
