Amaunator statue

    [​IMG] I took many trinkets out, but is there something that's supposed to go *into* the chapel statue's arms? The prompt says the arms look like they're waiting for something. I've tried the dragon wardstone, the tome, and amaunators symbol. Nada.

    Also, what unlocks the doors near the statue that tests your knowledge of the rituals?

    There is nothing that goes into the statue unless something has happened to the object of your affection (if you even have one).

    In Chapter 6 Bodhi curses your lover, if you have one, and to reverse that, you have to place Bodhi's heart and the body of your lover in the arms of the statue.

    Note: if you have a NPC Romance mod installed, she might take more than one NPC. I was romancing Aerie, and Bodhi took Aerie, as well as Solaufien. When you get to the statue, put both bodies in first, then put her heart in...just to be on the safe side. :rolling:

    Oooooh.

    Thanx. The "object of your affection" reference was a little vague. Like what? My favorite sword? How would the statue know? Maybe I could just drop in a +1 dagger that I'm vaguely fond of. Now I'm much clearer.

    I just had a thought... a Lilacor romance mod. That would be interesting.

    No replies yet on opening those two locked doors. Do I have to kill the Shadow Dragon first? I was gonna come back later to off that bad boy cuz I'm low level at the moment. He won't fly away meanwhile, will he?

    Two locked doors? I guess you mean the ones that imprison Mazzy. One of the shadows outside the doors have the key. You can hold tab and see his name is Jailor or something like that.

    So what conditions do you need to meet in order to get Bodhi react? I've romanced Aerie, Viconia, and Jaheira (if I got that far with the buggy crud that this romance is, can't remember). Some of them twice. And so far I've only heard the rumours that Bodhi's supposed to do something to them. I've tried sticking them to the battle with Bodhi first, as well as having them with me in the dialogue and all, yet to no avail. And at least with Aerie I seem to think I had finished all of the romance dialogues by that point (still, I don't remember which of the girls it was that I checked every possibility with Bodhi.. might be I got it right on the wrong person).

    I'm now getting there with Tashia and I'd appreciate some factual information of precisely how you do that.

    Not sure that I understand what your question is Foradhastar, but the lover abduction happens if these prerequisites are met -

    romance is active
    you are in chapter 6
    your party enters graveyard dstr....

    Bodhi then will talk to you and your lover will be taken away, that's all there is...

    Well I've met those conditions for sure. Well it's nothing special. Some people have bugs in some games that've always worked perfectly for me, so I guess BG2 with all its bugs and problems has to be my bane then.

    Without being certain here, I think you have to have got to a certain stage of the romance, perhaps even completed it before this kicks in. I know it didn't when I did the romance, but it was Jahera, and we certainly hadn't got anywhere near complete by Chapter 6. She's hard work that madam.

    Yup it would probably happen only if "JaheiraRomanceActive" set to 2. You can check it with CLUA console or with SKeeper.

    Yeah, but in the end it pays off... *snicker* :D
