NWVault boasts a Neverwinter Nights 2 module entitled Pirate Cards by Adam Miller, a hall of fame author of modules for the original game. Here's a snip:

    2) How is it played? Is it multiplayer?

Pirate Cards can be played both single and multiplayer. The main area is a room full of card-playing NPCs whom you can challenge to card duels. You can also invite your friends in to play or watch ongoing games. When challenging other players, you can bet for cards or money, or simply play for fun.
The basis of Pirate Cards is the collectible card game. When you buy your first starter deck, you get some random cards that you can play with. You can also buy additional cards or win them from other players, and then rearrange your deck. You can make undead-themed decks, creatureless decks, or anything your heart desires. Much of the fun is coming up with interesting deck ideas and testing them out in practice. Rearranging your deck is as simple as moving things in and out of a bag, as decks are just a form of container you can hold.

When you challenge an opponent, you'll move to a playing field. It's played in real-time with distinct six second turns, with a key rule being you can play a Focus Gem only once per turn. These are critical as every other card requires them to play. If I have three gems in play, I can cast a card with a power of three. Cards can summon creatures, throw fireballs, or any of a number of effects. There are nearly a hundred cards in the game.
