Achilles Character help

    hey all, i was going to play through with a Blade but I just saw "Troy" again and since they made Achilles look like such a bad-ass I figured I'd create a character like him.

    Stat-wise I'm thinking he's gotta have STR and DEX maxed out. He also has to have a maxed-out con since he's only vulnerable in the heel. He's gotta have a really high CHA too since he's so god with the ladies. A reasonable INT i think and a poor WIS score for going to Troy even after he was told that he would die if he went :rolleyes: what do you guys think?

    As for alignment, I'd say.. Chaotic Neutral? He didn't revere the Gods, feared no man and was a glory-hound so I guess this alignment would fit him best.

    For weapon proficiencies.. short sword and sword-and-shield style and some points in 2-weapon style as well?

    I'd appreciate any comments

    Hm...you'd also want to look at the equipment avaliable. There aren't that many classical-esque suits of armor or helms.

    I agree that Str should be maxed out, but I'd pick a Dec of about 15 or 16. There's not much mention of superhuman agility, but he's got to have above average Dex. Con would be 17 (1 less because of the heel - there's an irony here somewhere), Char would be 15-18. Wisdom would be 10-12 - he was sensible enough.

    Chaotic Neutral would explain why he chose to go to try.
