In these board I recall Some people said Armor and other Armour, the same with color and colour, I also remeber People saying Rouge and other rogue, The last seem to me a typo error though but I see it often

    Please Enlight me?

Armor and Color are the american versions of the british Armour and Colour.

Rouge is actually a form of red, and completely different from rogue. A lot of people state rouge when they mean rogue though. But that doesn't make it correct ;)

Ahhh it's clearer then, I'll not go debate in wich to choose betwen the british/american way because It may become ugly.

About "rouge" is actualy red in french...

I'm going to guess you are Quebecois. Come on out to Alberta sometime and I'll teach you English the Canadian way! On a more serious note, PM me or e-mail me anytime for English help -- I'll do the same for French with you, as my Daughter is in French Immersion right now and at the second grade already speaks better French than I do!

By the way, if you want to improve your English, you might like to change the word "their" in your location. "Their" is the plural third person possessive as in "That is not my dog, it is their dog". You need to say "There is a beaver".

I wouldn't normally pick people up on their (!) grammar, but that is the name of the thread after all!

Well if we're going to pick at his location line the more obvious mistake is the typo. It should be:
    ... where there is a beaver ...

not ... were there is a beaver ...

Ah, well done. Now that we have started pointing out other people's gaffs, we will need to all be on our toes from now on, so we don't make any of our own......

By the way, any that I make are deliberate.

Is it true that Americans use rather 'dificult' words like Elevator iso the English word Lift?

I don't know why, but I prefer American English to British English.
The bad thing is that tomorrow I'm taking the Cambridge CPE exams and they want us to write and speak in British English. Oh...now that I think about this and the difficulty of these exams I'm nervous. :(
