What you are asking for is actually illegal.

And besides the legal issue, some of us has registered our keys at the official forums at Bioware and also at Atari, under our real name.

I would not lend those keys to anyone.

If you cousin still have the game installed, you can retrieve the keys from the file nwncdkey.ini in the directory where he installed NWN2.

Otherwise, you have to buy a new copy.

[IMG] We can't really help you out more than Ironhawk already has for the reasons that he has already stated. It is also against our forum rules to request cracks, serials and the like.

Actually.... is this illegal? He said the other person "gave" him this game with what appears to be the original (rather than copies of) CDs. Thus this is a case of giving a gift he legally purchased to a 3rd party who doesn't seem to be intent on selling copies. I'm not a lawyer (so I don't know much in terms of details of the law) but this seems to be like someone who legally purchases a car and passes said car on to someone else but forgets to hand over the keys and/or title.

The "car" is not actually ours. The car still belongs to Atari and co. What we paid for was merely the "shipping" and our own personal "keys". Now, since Atari and co. would lose money if we shared our "keys"...

    As Scythesong Immortal says.

And if you want to compare with the car analogy, it's like passing over the car without a registration attest.

The old owner is still responsible for the car then, and besides, who can know if the car is stolen?

Anyway, it is mentioned in the EULA and on Atari's website.
