10 things to do before I die

Here are 10 things that I'd like to do before I die.

-Visit Mexico again
-Make a painting of about 15' by 20' (or bigger depending on where I get the space
-Make a social impact of some kind
-Go sky diving
-Go deep sea diving
-Explore a real haunted building
-Build an organic shaped architechural sculpture stable enough for people to walk through it
-Go swinging on some vines in a jungle (I've done that but I'd like to do it again)
-Go spelunking
-Eat a bug on purpose

So what are 10 things that you would like to do before you die?

 

- Learn to paint properly
- Have 7 more children!
- Get married (so I'd better not die before next year!)
- Learn professional photography
- Play Neverwinter Nights without it crashing or lagging on me
- Win the lottery
- Live in Northern Ireland
- Have my fiance adopt Jack (again, better not die before next year!)
- see my friend Jess again (she's gone away til February
- Kill a few people (I have a hit list of 3

 

My ten things, though one or two are admittedly somewhat unlikely...

- Learn to surf
- Learn to speak Japanese
- Smoke a joint with Willie Nelson
- Meet Pat Morita (Mr. Miyagi from the Karate Kid, to the unsophisticated)
- Get married, have a pile o' kids
- Live in Europe for 1 year (minimum) - preferably Heidelberg, Germany
- Write a novel - hopefully a half-decent one
- Spend 1 year alone, exploring wherever the wind takes me
- Live on/near the beach of an ocean (no lakes)
- Sky dive

Bonus: See what the f*ck Tal looks like.

seriously though, I haven't got a clue

I'm 20 right now so most of the things that would be on this list are probably things that are sexual in nature? :/

living in Europe is the only one that comes to mind right now though.

-Create an mmorpg that's free and everyone likes
-Plant a tree?

-Learn tap dancing
-construct a killer robot.

Hmmm... I've done quite a few of these lists but here's what I can think of 15 mins after waking andpre- ...

1. Finish and publish my novel

3. Learn Spanish
4. Learn to ride a motorcycle
5. go bungee-jumping
6. visit Japan
7. Visit New Zealand
8. Have kids
9. Become famous
10. move anywhere-nbut-here for good

Well, I'm not very good at making up lists, but here goes:

1. Make sure my darling wife healthy and happy for the rest of her days,
2. Pay off my debts,
3. Travel the world, going wherever my (or the wife's) whim takes us
4. get pilot's license
5. skydive (just in case #4 doesn't work out )
6. write^h^h^h^h^h - FINISH a novel
7. ummmm...meet Bruce Campbell
8. er...I'm thinkin' here...make the world a little nicer, more peaceful, happier, etc.
9. ...bah - think up 2 more things to do

3) See other countries. (Ireland, Scotland, Aussieland)

2. Backpack through Europe and Asia with my friend.
3. Kill some people
4. Start a revolution
5. Make fun of Shura
6. Get high as a kite

10. Get all my money back from a friend

 

In no particular order

1 DM my own campaign.
2 Write a book (would probably end up a trilogy) Lowmagic Fantasy, naturally.
3 Owning my own horse. Preferably a brown one with a black mane.
4 Learning how to ride said horse.
5 Owning my own appartment. One livingroom, one bedroom, one weapon's/training room and a small office. (plus kitchen and all that ****)
6 Finish reading the full "A Song of Ice and Fire" series. More to the point, I want G.R.R.Martin to finish the series before he dies.
7 Find the woman of my dreams. Kind, smart, humorous and understanding. A good body wouldn't hurt either
8 Raise kids with said woman. I'd teach them martial arts and make sure they've got everything they need to make the world a better place for themselves and those they love.
9 Sing in a band as frontman. I've got the voice, but not the time for practicing.
10 Live a good life, during which I have had a positive influence upon others.

 

1. Design my own 2e-based CRPG

2. See Favre win the Superbowl again (there's not much time )

3. Get federal funding from Slovenia for SP

4. Create planetary weather-control system (no more ******* *******-****ing ****head ****-spawned hurricanes!!! )

5. Rig it so that I never have to leave the house (the mountain WILL come to Mohammed!)

6. Set up a one-time world-wide orgy

7. Re-establish single-smack-across-the-face as an unpunishable response to any slight (real or imagined)

8. Re-establish dueling (with swords, not guns you pansies ) to help with population control of jerks and provide an alternative to war (Very few politicians would start a war when it's their life on the line.)
Note: Duels must be agreed upon by both parties. If not, see #7.

9. Give W a good smacking around (wouldn't kill him; let him live with the shame)

10. Scour an area of its human infestation and settle down with my honey (I'd do the whole planet, but then who would entertain us?)

 

- Getting near to one of them blue whales and manatees, touch them, apologize... (I suppose I shouldnt wait too long?)
- On that note: Overcome hatred/anger - mainly my own
- Settle down in Greece for some time
- Save someone's life
- A trip to a rainforest
- Restore my faith in love
- Have a kid
- Get to know my parents, before either of us is gone for good
- Have a good, long look on Gaia from space
- Learn to play the piano

 

- Visit Scotland, the pyramids in Egypt and go to Japan.
- Get a family, with wife, kids, own house and preferably some kind of pet.
- Perform a bungee jump
- Become a good bassplayer, and play in a band with a good reputation
- Buy myself a celtic sword
- Get a fast car, a fast motorbike and a fast boat(a passion for speed, indeed )
- Go to a In Flames-consert
- Get a Masters Degree in something
- Find out who I am, where I come from, and for what purpose was I created(cliche, I know)
- Dye my hair black

 

-visit some SP people

-eat the most delicious meal ever

-be the first person on Mars

-be a succesful artist/actor/writer or something

-get in peak physical condition for Felinoid's orgy

-buy a Star Map and move to California right before the orgy

-get the coolest warhammer ever and learn to wield it properly

-rule the world

-make sure I'll be missed after I die

-come up with a good last speech

 

1 - Go skydiving
2 - Go scubadiving
3 - Tour through all of Europe - both by car and by cruise ship.
4 - Win the lottery
5 - Drive a super fast car on the German Autobahn
6 - Own and fly my own plane or jet
7 - Be imortalized in a famous song, painting, or poem.
8 - Open a cabinetry shop of my own.
9 - Open a museum of modern fantasy art and weponry, and fill it with woodworking from my cabinetry shop for each display.
10 - Build a tomb for myself and my family within the depths of the museum - in the style of LoTR (when Elrond is telling Arwen what will happen to Aragorn if she marries him...you know the stone tomb with the statue of the dead Aragorn lying on top...)

Yeah.

 

Hmmm, I can hardly think of anything and the ones I can think of are all relatively sedate (compared to some of the crazy suggestions above) and are along the lines of:

- have a conversation with my son
- take my son to see an international rugby test
- take my son to a cricket match
- watch my son play cricket
- help my son with his homework
- take my family to Disneyland
- attend my son's wedding
- hold a grandchild
- became a Don Corleone style patriach for several generations of my family

 

Ok, well here's mine...

1 - Have children
2 - See England lift the World Cup
3 - See England win the Ashes (this one's en route!)
4 - Follow the England cricket side on a series to New Zealand or West Indies or somewhere
5 - Basically visit as much of the world as possible
6 - Spend a few years living in Australia or New Zealand
7 - Save enough money to have a massive holiday in South Africa 3-6 months
8 - Give up beer!... I'll do this one later...
9 - Watch Billy Connolly perform live!!
10 - There are some members of SP I'd love to meet (I can name you if you want... !)
