first you give you theifs there jobs on were to steal and what risk and such. then they want more pay (trying not to spoil)then one theif has been stealing from you and you have to seek out who it is . then you have to meet with a women from another guild wich leads to confrontation
(note free the prisoner in the cell )this is a blunt description again not trying to spoil and there are quotas you must pay every week so you need to get you people to steal at least 800 gold a week or you will loose you guild or it will come from you gold. plus you must check on it every week or again you will loose your guild

Each week you could customize your rogue's progression. They all smuggle in $$$, but there is a risk. The lower the risk, the lower the $ and vice versa. However, the higher the risk, the higher the chance of the thieves getting in jail. You could bail them out with I think $500, or was it 100. There's only two quests, one, a guy's been stealing money and you have to find out who it is, the other is there's some...people and you must do stuff to them, heh heh.
