[IMG] In BG1 I used the tome of dexterity to up Imoens score to 18. Is it legit for me to do this to her in BG2 via a hack type program seeing as I imported my BG1 chracter (with strength 19) anyway??

Well well well, it has come to this, a place where the roleplayers and powergamers may have to find a common ground and agree on something, I say yes, you should.

If you truly played BG1 and used your main character in BG2 -sure it's legit. It even falls in line with the story weaving around your character...some abilities would be 'unhuman' and closer to 'diety like'.

My first character was an imported one from BG1.

Of course there are no Tome's in BG2 and any 'creative' methods to get Tome's in this game would be... non-legit. Adjusting Imoen, Minsc or Jaheria (or any NPC that you may have used a TOME on in BG1) in BG2 would be... non-legit it would seem.

Oh the temptaion to change your NPC stats to the way you made them, not the way the clods at Bioware decided they should be during an all night LSD session. Man would I have liked to take Minsc's proficiencies in maces and shove them right up... Well, you get the picture. But the question is "is it legit." Well, no, not really. As much as I wanted to, I never did it. But then I could think of much worse ways to toy around with the game.
