Always been a fan of Dan Brown (Da Vinci Code, Inferno, etc.). I know, it's all a conspiracy theory cliche, nonetheless, I like a book that keeps me coming back for more.

By the way, just in case anyone’s interested, my friend Jeff is selling a few DUB Wheels. If anyone’s interested, feel free to PM me.

    I'm currently reading.

Legend of the Sword by Michael Hicks- This is book 2 of a SF series that has me intrigued.

King of Ashes by Raymond Feist- A new series by the author. I will always have a sweet spot for him as I read Magician Apprentice the summer of my Sophmore year in college.

I got that same book (King of Ashes) as well, as a present. Haven't started in it yet, and I hope it's better than anything else Feist has produced in the past 20 years. I enjoyed Magician a good deal, but it went downhill quickly after that.

Most of the way through Homo Deus: A Brief History of Tomorrow.

Not a bad book I guess, I'd just prefer if it'd had more tomorrow and less history.

Half way through The Zoologist's Guide to the Galaxy. Kind of interesting, but it also puts me to sleep, alas.

I'm about half-way through John Ringo's "Black Tide Rising" series. The first four books are great, but the next two that have moved away from Faith and the Smith family just aren't gripping me the way the first four books were.

Do they get better or it it all downhill from here?

I'm a big fan of this series and have read all the books. There is no doubt that the "Smith" family are the best books. The other books (his brother) and the ones with the high school kids just aren't as good. However, some of the short story compilations were actually pretty good.

Supposedly, there is a graphic novel out, but only people involved in the "campaign" have them. I'm hoping a store will pick it up eventually or I'll have to Ebay it.

I picked up the translation of the "Hexer" IE: "Witcher" boxed set and am a bit stalled on the last book which is just a collection of short stories; they are interesting; but after reading through the main story they aren't as exciting.
