I just downloaded this, does anybody know how to install it. DO I need an editor of some sort or is it just copying files??
    I am kind of a computer/mod/winzip "dummie".
Mod seems cool, but I may have to skip it if its hard.
I plan on using a freash install, but I want to use a save I have in progress.
I am in chapter2, finished most of what there is of outer Athlaka quest.
    Thanks NEWBIE ME

Where did you get it from? I've not heard of it.

    [IMG] SP, obviously.

Odin, the instructions are in readme.txt: "Installation: Copy the *.EFF files to your /override directory, use a TBG converter (I recommend IEEP) to import the *.TBG files into your game. Compile the *.BAF source files into the game with a script editor (I used ISE)"

Somewhat complicated if you've never done this before... The tool you need can be found at http://www.clandlan.net/index.php?file=tbgmirror.htm

So I downloaded IEEP_v109build40.zip and and VB6PKG.zip. Is that what I need???
    What is ISE (script editor)?
    What is*_BAF source files?
What does TBG stand for?? (guess-throne of Bhaal converter)?

Do unzip these then auto run for use, have not got to it yet, (kind of shaking, kind of scared))))

[IMG] Yes, you need those two.

    TBG stands for TeamBG.

I'm afraid I can't give you step-by-step instructions as I've never done this, but I'm sure some of the mod-makers around here can help you out.

That's quite an old and complex method of installing it - I think the mod may have been repackaged into the simpler to use WeiDU format by Hlidskialf. If so, it'd be available from the Mod Resurrections board in the Completed Mods section of http://forums.forgottenwars.net - though I am not 100% sure it was done.

I did a bit of reading after the topic was first posted and am not convinced the mod is worth getting if it is a hassle to install, though. :)
