Enteri stay dead? Get a new villan? Enteri is too hyped. If anything, get a bloody new hero and kill Drizzt already.

    [IMG] Yo guys!

I read a lot of books of nearly all TSR worlds. 'cept the Greyhawk or how do you spell it?.. My favorite one is neither DL nor FR - it's the great world of Dark Sun! And I was a huge fun of the game developed back in early 90's: DS: Shattered Lands. It really rocks. That's where Baldur's Gate came from. The sequel was just a piece of crap, but the first game was nearly brilliant. What I like in Dark Sun? IMHO, this world is ORIGINAL. Yes, it's pure fantasy with all those halflings around, but look how it differs from any other fantasy world.

Talking about DL and FR, I think FR is a way better developed and the whole material is a way easier to find. "Waterdeep Rulez! Zhentarim suxx!" was written on the wall of a building I live in.

So, my TOP WORLDS looks like:

    1. DARK SUN
(thanks to all the books by Troy Denning)
    2. Forgotten Realms
    3. Ravenloft
    4. Dragon Lance
    5. SpellJammer
    6. Any other TSR's world

Either way Syl, just kill one of them off, gods am I tired of seeing them battle each other.... Btw Ciller, I love Terry Brooks, have you read his Magic Kingdom of Landover series? It is a rather refreshing change from all the "serious" fantasy books out there.

Kill Drizzt off. He's a cool character at first but now he just gets annoying. The new hero could be Wulfgar as 'The Spine of the World' really raised my opinion of him.
And no other villian could be as impressive as Artemis Entrerei, not even Jaraxle.
Or maybe bring in a fresh face into the series: some newbie ranger trained by Drizzt Do'urden...
    Just some suggestions.

[IMG] The Deathgate Cycle is GREAT. It has none of Salvatore's problems. The main character is a badass out to hunt down some old enemies on a flying ship amidst a depressing world...it's great. And whenever it gets too depressing, Zifnab pops in(Fizban to those familiar with DL, just wandering the planes I guess. It's best not to try to fit the Deathgate into the AD&D world though...I'm not quite sure if it would fit into any category(Krynn and Abeir-Toril are Prime Material, Baator is a Lower Plane, ect)).

To my previous comments...I think Greenwood is a fine writer, but I just cannot agree with almost any of the decisions that Elminster makes in the novels...I mean, Mystra a meddlesome bitch!
