NOOO Why now?!?

    Aaaahh why me...i fought my way to Abazigals personal lair, and when i enter it you get that short talk with him and then Auren Aseph pops up a dialoque window saying.."Yes, a real fight". I click end dialoque and then Aurens circle turns red?

    She doesn't attack party members and they do not attack her, accept when they have summoned a creature, those will attack Auren. There is no spell..scroll or whatever that undo's this problem, not even reloading and retrying it..it always happens. Kicking her out means that i can not get her back anymore, because that's how she was made, ones gone means realy gone, so that trick will not work either.) :(:(

    I am so close to finishing ToB, and she has been with the group from the beginning, not to mention that she is my main killer tank of the group. I am at a total loss here as to finding a solution for this. :(

    EDIT: Ok i made 2 screenshots, the first is a dialoque that Auren starts after i tell Abazigal that i will enjoy ridding Faerun of him. The second screenshot is taken directly after i click on end dialoque. As you can see the circle around her feet turns red but she is not under the influence of a spell effect or something like that?

    I am realy getting PO here about this. I tried loking at the forums over at the Gibberlings forum for Auren, and there where posts of people who hat the same problem as i am having now. One of them was able to solve the problem by killing Auren and then resurrecting her after that. That tactic didn't work for me, she stays hostile. :(

    I tried by reloading a savegame from where i hat finished of Sendai, and went on from there. And unfortunately it happened again. :mad: Auren has been a part of the group since i picked her up in the Copper Coronet, at that time i hat only done the Circus Tent quest. Call me crazy..stupid or whatever but i either get the complete group through to the end or not at all.

    By now i know who i need to kill in Amkethran, and after that there is only Bhaals Throne.(That is, from what i have read.) I do not know what awaits there, but either Auren is part of the group when i go there or the game ends here for my elven Sorcerer Tharion. :(

    So if anyone here hat this happen and knows a way that i haven't tried yet then please let me know. :)

    If I'm understanding the problem correctly, you can fix it as follows:

    - open up the file AurenAseph/dialogues/k#aur25j.d
    - go to line 113, which currently reads

    INTERJECT_COPY_TRANS ABAZIGAL 2 aurenabazigal1

    - change it to


    INTERJECT_COPY_TRANS2 ABAZIGAL 2 aurenabazigal1

    - reinstall the mod.

    (Not tested, though).

    I certainly want to try it out...but uhmm i do not know which program i need in order to open that dialoque file. I have SK and IEEP installed but somehow i can not find a way to open that speciffic dialoque file? (Sorry newbie at editting files, but hey whe all gotta start somewhere. :) )

    You can use a regular text editor like the Windows Notepad.

    Well it is no longer untested, i did what you suggested and she didn't turn hostile anymore.:D Now all i can hope it doesn't happen aswell with Balthazar. On the G3 forum for Auren there was also one who got the same problem with Balthazar. Oh well i will see when that happens, atleast now i know it can be solved.

    So i could finaly battle Abazigal and friends.(Shjees talk about an epic Battle?)

    It will also happen with balthazar.

    change the "BALTH 25" line in the same way you did the "ABAZIGAL 2" one.

    Actualy it didn't happen with Balthazar for me. I was able to convince Balthazar to fight along side of me against that woman, so it is possible it happens when you fight with Balthazar...but he aided me in my final battles. And there where no further problems with Auren, so i finaly finished the game. :D
