For some reason, my friend is building a team of only halflings, gnomes, and dwarves?

    Who should go?
Alora, Montaron, Quayle, Yeslick, Tiax, or Kagain? Which five are the best? Which ONE is the best?

To avoid conflicts, you should choose from allignement. I haven't played all the characters, but at least Montaron, Tiax and Kagain are evil.

Montaron, Quayle, Kagain, and Tiax. Your friend's PC can be any class he wants, as those 5 NPCs have every class covered.

Just remember you have to get Xzar killed to keep Montaron in your group:)

You can't say someone is the best or not. For the one is the best fighter (Kagain) and another is the best Mage and the other the best cleric etc.

Simply kill Xzar and keep Montranon, easy enough. You can even have Montranon do it himself, he was always saying he was going to anyway.

    [IMG] Thanks.

You know, I heard you don't have to kill Xzar. Simply put Montaron into a building and kick out Xzar. Then Montaron won't come out and talk to his comrade. I haven't confirmed it yet, though.

BTW, sorry, I should have said the class.
    Gnome-Fighter/Cleric.

You need also your main character soi you have room for only 5 NPC's... Why seperate Montaron and Zxar? Just leave them both out of the party!
