[IMG] I'm just wondering whether any of the mods/new character templates downloadable from Sorcerer's Place will work in Baldur's Gate II for Macs. I'm guessing not, which is too bad since there's some great sounding stuff there. Does anyone know for sure?

Thanks in advance for any information on this.

Thank you for the info, and the link. I'll check it out. I've got the cheats code to work too--though oddly it didn't work on a previous attempt. Thanks again.

I think you can't enable the cheat codes using text edit for some strange reason. I used simple text in classic and that did it. Oh...and welcome to the boards by the way.

Thanks, Isshy, for your help and the welcome. I checked out a page linked from the page you linked me to, and that was helpful. I was hoping to change the appearance of one of my characters and it worked. Cool.

Actually, pretty much any mod that doesn't use IAP/TBG should work just fine on a Mac. WeiDU based ones require Virtual PC. StuffIt can open up zip files and the .tlk, .cre, .itm, among others are identical in either the PC or the Mac versions of the games.
