    I was so upset when he met his untimely fate.
    "I have become death...DESTROYER OF WORLDS!!" Nyhahaha! Ahem. The fact that there's no specialist mages to take on in BG2 also means that it's screaming out for his necromantic talents. Actually I missed Coran as a party member as well, especially his unerring skill with the bow.

    How's about Jan Jansen for BG1, as an alternative to Imoen as a thf/mage?

    I always thought Kagain wasnt really evil enough; Korgan would have done a much better job. Also, I would have loved to have had Montaron in my party in BG2; especially in TOB.

    Edwin is a specialist AFIK, and he's in BG2. Though I would have liked to see Xzar as a playable NPC myself. As for who I would want to see most, it's Coran definately. What a bummer that was in BG2. Quayle was always great, but Aerie is a better cleric/mage, even if not as interesting a person. As far as BG2 NPC's, I'd take Jan I suppose. Too many rangers in BG for Valygar. Haer Dalis would have made a much better choice for bard than Garrick, though.

    Ehm.. Sarevok as NPC in BG? And then kill him after you emptied his inventory and equipment :D

    Nay... not a good idea... I want a good Paladin, Keldorn in BG.

    I'd like to see Xzar & Monty, Coran, Xan, Kivan and Khalid (and a couple of others, but the list would be too long;)) as playable NPCs in BG2.

    As for BG1, well, maybe another paladin would be nice... Other than that, I see no need for more NPCs.

    *sniff* I miss Khalid! :cry:

    The only BG2 character I can picture in BG1 (without changing the background too much) would be Mazzy, Korgan and maybe Aerie. These three have travelled quite much, while the others seem to be tied quite closely to the region of Amn, and especially Athkatla.

    What I would like is a very hard quest in BG1, but you get for that quest only Elminster as NPC in your party :)
