Thief PC and being evil

    I know iths has probably been asked, but I just wasn't around so here we go again.

    I decided to try the really evil track last night, primarily so I could kill everyone in the Shadow Thieves. For no apparent reason I chose to be a thief and cheat my way up to high level before going on my killing spree. But Bohdi refused to have anything to do with me simply because I was a thief. Does tihs happen always, or just at high level?

    No, thieves cannot side with Bodhi.

    But there is a mod which turns Valen into a joinable party member. I 'think' that mod allows thieves to side with Bodhi. Don't quote me on that though :p

    Although, multi or dual classed thieves can join bohdi. I've played through the game with a Chaotic Neutral (albeit quite nasty) elven fighter/assassin. Worked fine, and I slaughtered every damn Shadow Thief I found.

    Gopher's char was an elf so he was multiclass, which means that he used Shadowkeeper to change a multi fighter/thief into a Fighter/Assassin. The class is rock hard and you may sometimes find you boot everyone out of the party because they get in the way.

    :EDIT: Heh.... sorry Gopher, should have let you answer that one but I couldn't resist getting another post count :p

    I tried it with a fighter dualled to thief and it rocked. Killing Aran's men one at a time right infront of him was particularily enjoyable. I should play evil more often. And I loved all those elaborate back rooms. That was soooo fun.
