Khann, the music isn't loading properly...

Is the sound quality good? (I'm big on having music come in crispy and clear).

I look forward to hearing new bands... its fun to hear new stuff.

I assume this "Katatonia" that you guys keep going on about is different from the "Catatonia" that I was listening to on the bus this morning.

DotW, I needed a song that I actually had. I picked him up this morning, so I dicided to plug my Zen Micro in to my car's radio, and made him listen to all three songs!

He told me that his favorite band is Creed...and that I should check them out! I don't think he knows that crappy band broke up...

I can't believe I'm related to this loser. :bad: :rolling:

How come you don’t like Creed then? Aren’t they a metally band that writes music and plays instruments? I thought they’d be right up your alley.

 They aren't even close to metal... they are soft, generic rock. That doesn't make them bad, but Creed is bad.

Indeed. You have a strange vision of metal, Caveboy. Creed is crap, not metal.

    Define "metal" then.

Define metal? Why don't you go take a look at what Wikipedia says about it? I'm in no mood to do a resume.

    @Saber

Sound quality isn't the best, but above average I'd say (when compared to other indie).

We are looking for any comment.

    :)

Hmm, I'd have said Ravenous, by ARchenemy was good enough, but then again I listen ti it, so it can't be too CHristian-annoying.

EDIT: Khann, I listened to your song. Not bad, but not really my thing. A flick back through the RMB history will show that I'm far more qualififed to judge European bands with millions of keyboards who sing about swords and stuff.

Anyway, it sounded pretty good, and a lot better than most of the same kind of stuff my friends play, so hey.

The only way to define metal is to listen to it...

Khann: you're stuff sounds very good! The voice is a little quiet, but I like what I'm hearing! Its not precisely my style, but I do enjoy rock, and I definately enjoyed your's.

I don't have myspace, so I can't comment there, but I like it. Rock on.

Creed is generic Christian rock...and Scott Stapp (I think that's their former lead singer) sounds like he's constipated when he sings. :nono:

Harby, I'll send you some of my old Metallica CDs so you can hear what metal is. We'll start you off on a light diet of metal, and then once you can handle that, DotW can send you some of his old CDs. :rolling:

Send some of my precious metal to Caveboy? No way. It's far too shredding for his old ears.

Am I THAT much of a nightmarish figure? Great!
