Craft Wands

    [​IMG] I found out that if you craft a wand that it works as if you were 10th lev. My 6th lev sor can throw 5 magic missles with only a 30 exp hit.I'm only on the first lev of the temple but with the robes and a wand of fireballs i have taken out 7 enemies before the battle starts!

    Good info! Surely this is a bug or exploit though.

    Another bug/exploit is crafting Wand of Identify, it should not let you avoid paying 100gp/identify, but it does. Since potions can only be identified via the Identify spell I abuse that exploit and craft a new Wand of Identify whenever I need it. Who wants to spend 100 gp each time to identify the 50+ potions of cure light wounds? :p

    [​IMG] I know i do too. I carry 3 wands fireballs, magic missles, and identify.The only bad thing about identify is the bigger hit to exp.

    That's cool dudes..Sweet tips.

    Read Magic works well for me when it comes to ID'ing potions. Maybe it's a bug, but that's what I've been using. Try it out and let me know if that works for you Earl or anyone else for that matter.

    EDIT: :doh: Silly me, I have the Co8 patch installed which allows you to use read magic to ID potions and scrolls. :o

    Still good tips though.
