SP Merchandise - Ideas

First of all, I propose coffee mugs with '!coffee', beer mugs with '!beer' and shotglasses with '!shot' scribed on. Apart from that, various quotes from Mystra's replies would be nice. The fun is that only SPers would understand what it's all about

 

Maybe we should first come up with a really great emblem/logo to fit with Sorcerers Place.

That could be placed on anything.

How about famous quotes from members on the boards.

 

Perhaps a T-Shirt with:

"I'm with Mystra"

written on it.

Or, perhaps more appropriatly:

"Knock it off, you bozos."

 

Put smileys on stickers and mugs!

what would be good? What about the logo on SP? The little elfy imp guy.

perhaps parodies on stuff from the games on SP, I dunno 'Disco Deva' or something equally strange.

This is a tough one. A mug that says "Sorcerer's Place" would be kinda lame.

Is the elf on the front page copyrighted?

What about the line "The stuff of legends, Right Boo!" is the propriatary? Because that would be a cool coffe mug.

Coffee (crossed out, written above it is "Sorcerer's Place") Followed by "The stuff of legends, right Boo!"

On a T-Shirt maybe, "Who says life is a Solo Adventure? ... www.sorcerers.net"

 

8people: i would guess that the smileys are copyrighted by Infopop Corperation.

I would suggest some kind of logo be used, that can be used in conjunction with most other ideas. So, maybe have t-shirts in the style of NWN t-shirts, with just the logo in the centre (obviously not the actual NWN logo, before anyone tells me that it can't be used).

Just about the only stuff that isn't copyrighted against you are 'Sorcers Place' and adaptations of quotes, such as 'Place of Legends, right Boo?' as already suggested.

I guess you might be able to use actual quotes, but you'd need to check that out first.

I'd probably try to stick with just 'Sorcerers Place' and a logo. But then, i don't go for big picture type clothes, so that's just my opinion.

On my shirts:

How about a mug that says,
"I'm not anti-social, I just don't like you!"
on one side, and on the other have the SP logo

Or a shirt that says:
"Sorcerer's Place - Ruling the Net since 6/02"
or whenever SP was started. And on the Back have Sp's url.

Oh! I just had a great idea!!! At the last concert I went to they had a shirt that had pictures of the band members that looked like characters from South Park. Well, what if we had a shirt with the mod's caricature on it? Wouldn't that be cool?!?!? If you don't understand what I'm talking about, click here! Just make them look similar to the mods and not the members of Everclear of course...

 

How about a t-shirt with the SP URL on the front and the logo on one of the sleeves. I would love it in black too.

What about shirts that had info lines on em? Or... Sorcerers playing cards? with the pictures for Joker as someone whos a fool, King would be Tal, Queen would be a female op, and Jack could be Herf or deBhaal. You could have sorcerers logos on the back side of the cards. YOu know the bit without the numbers.


If you made playing cards, I would sure as hell buy some!


Editing this now, i got a new idea, How about a logo in red, on the back of a black T-Shirt with some old fashioned font style white text on the front saying something about a boot of idiot removal +5. Or some sorta D&D weapon like that.

 

me too, I do magic tricks (ang gambleing ) however I think that the only stuff withthe opportunity to sorcerized is on the other topic.
