    hey ive been lookign for somethign where i can make an item for my char but i havent been able to find anyhting if anyone know any plz tell the where to get it at

    BTW to do stuff with Toolset you really dont need any tutorials. Its extremely easy, especialy so making items.
    If items are lvl-restricted though, is dependant on the server you're playing on.

    There are some great video tuts Here which are not on SP I think. Try them; they are really good for the beginner.
