[IMG] Okay, I'm going to lay out a hypothetical question. You learn of an independantly produced comic book which is available for purchase on the web. It's specifics are...
    1)Independantly produced
    2)Black and white
    3)Around twenty pages long
4)Was inspired by the games featured on this site, meaning it's a fantasy comic w/ humor, too
5)You got to see several sample pages on the site, and it looks cool
6)It's purchased using paypal, after which point the comic is e-mailed to you and you print it out(or read it on your computer, for that matter)
    7) It costs $1.50
THE QUESTION: Would you buy it?

No, because I don't have paypal.

Plus, if I wants to see webcomics, I would read those for free.

Third, is it by any means you or any of your friends who have made this comic?

I had considered pursuing such an idea. By the way, what type of webcomics are you talking about?

Not here, because I've no interest in comics. But even if I did, I have no paypal or whatever else.

Better make it free. A paltry sum of $1.50 will earn you nothing anyway, just limit the amount of fame you get to 1/100. Especially since, as seen here, paypal isn't nearly as common as some deem to think.

Otherwise I'm interested. Being an amateur graphics artist myself, I can always appreciate a comic about the subject that interests me most... fantasy. :)

I totally agrees with foradasthar. I would like to see the comic, but paying fore it, with so much free amateur work out there, no way.

Same here. You can't succeed, there's too much free stuff...and it's mostly good, or excellent.
