    I didn't really bring it up, but I had been wondering why there was no mention of it at the Interplay or Black Isle web sites. Hopefully just some punk kids prank.

    They fired the whole Fallout 3 team excepting 2 people. Come on. BIS is dead. There's no one there any more that made BIS what it was. :rolleyes:

    Black Isle Studios isn't gone - just the team who made it up are :rolleyes:
    Interplay still hold the copywrite for BIS, and have stated that they may use it on other games.

    I think the words 'profits from' has been left out of the above paragraph, just after the word 'maximise'.

    I would have replaced the words 'fan base' by 'potential suckers', if I wasn't already convinced that Interplay could create a new ground-breaking, enjoyable game, all on its own, even without programmers (they have tons of office managers after all).

    They keep Fallout III under review so they keep the impression that black isle still lives. When what really happens is that they will publish a mediocre crappy game and make it in the name of black isle.

    Trust me BIS is dead and the only thing we can hope is that they will go bankrupt as soon as possible (which won't take long trust me) and sell the rights of fallout and baldur's gate.

    I've checked IPLY forums and Tal posted exactly what came in my mind. They'll simply stick BIS on the games made by anonimous developers as was in the case of Lionheart. Yuck!
