    The condensed version is... I'm stuck.

    I'm fighting Bodhi in Chapter 3. She won't die, she won't leave. My party pounds on her for 1/2 an hour of real time... she just stays "near death" indefinitely. Eventually my protections wear off and....

    Previous saves, uninstalling mods... nothing helps... except ditching Jaheira. If I ditch Jaheira right before the battle... then Bodhi quips about my being an interesting specimen and leaves like shes supposed to.

    I think I went wrong when I installed Weimers romance mod late in Chapter 2. I've been romancing Jaheira, Aerie, and Viconia even though I'm a girl.

    Soo... I think the fix is for me to reset all the smoochy variables back to Jaheira and I being "just friends", fight Bodhi, and then put the variables back to romance. (uninstalling the mod, doesn't reset the variables) What variables do I reset for "I'm romantically irrelevent" and to what numbers?

    Otherwise I'm gonna just have to ditch Jaheira, and we all know she won't come back.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    I checked out Extremist's Romancing Guide. The answers for all the variables appear to be there. Wish me luck, I've never used the CLUAConsole before.
    Well, I am very much against the multi-romance idea as a whole and I for one am pretty happy that it creates such bugs. Though, I cannot say for sure that this bug is due to the multiromance - seems uncharacteristic and unlikely.
    Basically, multiromance will not allow you to change romance variable, it will stay set on 2 (active-involved) even if you change it back to 1 or 3.
    I do think there must be some other explanation to your problem however, though I am not sure what...
    Ok, here is what you do then if you are sure that poor Lady J is the source of the problems... you have to replace the files which multiromance replace in your override folder. I think for Jaheira it is the "Jaheira.bcs" file. You did backup it before adding the multiromance? No? Then I guess it means reinstall...
    If you can get rid of the multiromance, then using the CLUA console set Jaheira Romance Active Variable to 1 or 3, kill Bodhi, add multi romance and reset the variable back to 2. I think :)
    Though i am dissapointed. Jaheira deserves prime attention and should not be shared like a harem whore :(
    [IMG] Consider me properly chastised.
    But try to have a little compassion. I'm a girl that only had Anomen as an option for the first 42 game days. I stayed faithful through his boasting, put downs of other characters, snide comments about my decisions, and his quivering self-doubts.
    I guess my character decided the grass just had to be greener...
    LOL, Ano is a such a pain, isn't he? I hope you gave him the boot eventually...
    Well, good luck with the ladies, then... I guess the four of you are having some pretty steamy nights, hehe :D
    [IMG] Yes, I gritted my teeth through the very end with Anomen. Whilst he berated me for everything being my fault, I told him our love would get us through. (Icon of disgust)
    Once the romance was over, I couldn't ditch him in a slimy bar fast enough.
    Onward to campouts with the ladies! Poor Minsc and Yoshi are spending every night jumping in yon cold river.
    Tayja is right... its not fair that the guys get the good women but female PCs get stuck with Anomen. Celibacy would be easier.
    Although not as fun ;)
    I would love the option of romancing that man-about-town Yoshimo or sweet, gentle (and strong!) Minsc. The other male NPCs are either too wierd or too wrapped up in their brooding.
    Maybe the makers of Baldurs Gate series can encouraged to expand the romance sub-plots in the next games. I sure hope so!
    [IMG] I am afraid that the new romances are up to us devoted players.
    The only problem with making your own is getting to the luvy-duvy bits, the bedroom bits and voicesets for someone of the opposite gender.
    I might work on my **Secret Program** and use that to help with the MODs
    Hmm, yes. Recording the male sound sets will definately be... difficult.
    But I agree, there are loads of different male character romances, but the onlt one you can have if you have a female character is Anomen, which is... anoying.
    A romance with Minsc or Yoshimo? I'd sooner kiss a wyvern.
    Now if they had implemented the Har'Dalis romance...sure he's got that Doomguard mentality, but think of the fun. He sure does have some lines, though.
    I think there are some H'D romances in the works, but it doesn't look to be ready that soon...
    It seems that The Edwin Romance project is being worked upon very carefully and it is nearing it's conclusion... also, I hope to live and see the day when jcompton gets around to do his D'Arnise Romance...
    These are two romances that could possibly (very faint possibility) drag me away from that loveable druidess...
