If i have a monk use weapons, what special abilities would he lose? I suppose he loses at least the Ki-strike, Quivering palm and stunning blow, but what else? Does he lose the wisdom AC bonus and immunity to poison and stuff like that?

Well I'm pretty sure that he only loses the latter abilities if you wear armor.

The rules state that you only recieve penalties for wearing armor not for equipping weapons.

If a monk wields weapon he loses the following abilities:
    1. Extra attack per round: Monks gain extra attacks for every 3 Base Attack Bonus (BAB) where other classes gain one for every 5 BAB.
    2. Ki Strike: This is simply enchantment of monk's fists. If you use a weapon, it will have it's own enchantment (or not).
    3. Stunning Attack: Ability to stun enemies with fists if a fortitude save failed.
    4. Quivering Palm: Ability to kill enemies with vibrations created by the power of fists' blow. Opponents are allowed a fortitude save to resist.

These are the only abilities a monk losts if wields weapon.
Also, a monk will not gain a WIS bonus to AC if he/she wears armor or carries shield.

A monk is an unamed fighter, if put him rogue levels, you have an scout-thief-magekiller,an if you put him sorcer lvls you have a magekiller-bombarder-scout.

If you multiclass a monk into X class which raises 1 in unarmed base attack bonus in X class, this unarmed base attack bonus will take over your monk's special unarmed base attack bonus and your monk cannot hit anything.

*Sees reason to give his Monk axes or polearms.*

I've given my Monk an axe before, but that was because I needed +3 weapons being brought against the iron golems. I never thought to let him KEEP the axe. I guess that's why monk's have axe proficiency. They need SOMETHING for those first couple of levels when their fists aren't as good.
