Just started playing my first game ever!

    Like the title says, I have just started playing D&D, and have a NG Drow cleric of Selune.
    Unfortunatley, we don't have any ideas for a quest. Suggestions?
    ( we're using 3.5 ed, and are all lvl 1)

    You mean you're all level 3.

    Being a Drow is a +2 Level Adjustment. Not being familiar with FR, I can't tell you how many people are going to attack your character on sight.

    There are many nice free adventurers at Wizards.com. I'm sure there are several adventures fit for 3rd level characters.

    Being rather familier with FR, I think I can tell you how many people will attack you on sight.

    Most.

    Anyhow, go do something really dramatic. Go into the heavens and have gods getting slaughtered, then save the day. (and yes, I am still thinking of you as lvl 1 characters). Maybe head to Selune's realm first and do some quests up there, then get sent off to break into Shar's world and... damn, this is a good idea :grin:
    Get your DM to come on here.

    [​IMG] Yes, Your DM should be coming up with this stuff. What is the connection between the member of your party? This is a good place to start to determine what adventure the game can start with. Were you all hired to do something? Did you meet due to some event? These are the kinds of things the DM needs to take into account when planning what will happen in the campaign. Creating adventures is mostly up to the DM. Players can suggest what 'types' of goals their character have and a good DM will try to work them into the game, but you as a player shouldn't know the plot in advance. How must experience does your DM have? I suggest he does some prep work before getting things running.

    We've got our quest. hack and slash in the Underdark, and btw, I'm level 1, but everyone else is lvl 3. Sucks doesnt it?
    But I like the selune/shar thing.Excuse nme gentlemen, I'm going to poke the DM.
