    I
f anyone has read the BG and BG2 novels then could you please tell me what you think of them. i read one sample chapter from each and was appalled by the poor quality child like writing of Athans

This is an important book to people like us and i pledge a vote to have it rewritten by anyone willing. 5 year olds will be welcomed as they will be considerably better!

I would also like to hear your support for the best author in the world (who is alive) R A Salvatore!

I agree with you on the fact that the BGI book is rather childish but I haven't read the BGII book and I love R.A.Salvatore
I still have to get the entire story of Drizzt (The cleric quintet, part of the legacy of the drow and the Spine of the world series) but I love what I have read of his and whenever I enter a book store I look for his books exclusively in the forgotten realms area

[IMG] So that's the scoop on the BG1 and BG2 books. How would you consider the Icewind Dale book? A friend of mine saw someone reading it.
