You get one ticket to disney land. Once you use it you can't use it again.

How many minutes would a ticket to disney land last? According to your deduction 0 minutes, hence the security guards would throw you out even before you went through the gate and greeted Mickey Mouse. As long as the question is phrased as "how many minutes does X last" there is no mathematical conclusion what X refers to. Could be effects or longlivity or anything else. I think you know that I know that you know, we agree; you just had to tease :p

Nine out of eleven. I too don't understand the innings thingy. I was thinking about cricket, and none of the answers matched... :(

I got 9 out of 11, because I didn't know what innings are (probably should have looked it up in the dictionary, instead of filling in "I don't know") and I made the mistake to think that Mozes built the ark.

Nobleman, that exact happenstance occured to me the last time I was in Disneyland. I tried to plead my case to the guards, but all they seemed to want to hear was the smacking of their batons into my bony skull. :(

That won't be the last time I get a beating related to a critical thinking problem either, I'm pretty sure.

Is it legal for a man in California to marry his widow's sister?

Look, I know the obvious answer is "no," but if a guy get killed and comes back just to marry his sister-in-law, I really don't think anyone's going to remind him of the laws against polygamy. Besides, I think the marriage is absolved by the spouse's death :p

Ah well. 4/11. And I'm not even a jock :(

    Alright Alright, its a midget.
The Riddle would be funnier if it was posted as

    1) Derek lives in an apartment on the 10th floor of a building. To leave the building, he enters the lift, presses the ground floor button and goes on his way. However, when returning to his apartment on the 10th floor, when entering the lift, he only presses the button for floor 4. He does this every time, unless it rains. Why?

On rainy days he takes his car when he goes out which is at least 5 floors down.

Wait, are you talking about when he returns?
I was thinking about when he leaves. I will have to consider this longer.....

[IMG] I think I know. He's so short that he can't reach up to the 10th button, but when it rains he uses his umbrella, am I right?

Okay, I still think my original answer is good.

The man lives 4 floors above ground level but there are 6 below. When it rains he takes his car whem he goes out. When he returns he takes one elevator up to ground level, then boards another elevator up to his apt.

for all those wondering what an inning is.

One inning includes both teams chance at bat. Each team gets to bat until they have three outs. Once both teams have 3 outs (ie 6 total) the next inning begins.

60 questions, 60 minutes. A classic IQ test has always a time limit.
I've had 8/11. In the fun test, not the test above. And i didn't knew "inning", looked it up in a dictionary, which didn't help.
    I'm stupid for sure.
