Who can honestly say they have 'true' friends

Discussion in 'Whatnots' started by Sniper, May 17, 2002.

  1. [IMG] Ive already stated my thoughts on "True Friendship" and Rolsuk, no offence, but those things that you described, does not define a true friend, they are qualities of true friend, but not what exactly a true friend is. A True friend would not just lay his life down for yours. True friend would be more likely to die for you, but not just jump in frount of a bullet just so you can live longer. That is a fanatic, not a friend. A person obsessed. A true friend would possibly jump in front of the bullet, but just because your his friend does not mean he will, he still has his life to think of.

    1. I do not agree completely with your idea of a 'true friend.' A true friend cant be defined, not even in a long post.
    2. One type of true friend, no. That would be like saying that there is one type of person.
    3. "Super" true friends? Hell no.(sorry Tal) Its like saying a person is less a person because another person can do something better.
    4. Ive already posted my theory of 'true friendship'

I have no friends that play decent PC games.
I have 1 true friend (maybe)
And....... one of my friends is a horny, PHYSCO Englishman who is tall.
