[IMG] This is my first topic on the forum. I have been a fan of SP for sometime. You guys do a great job, and have helped me through 3 games so far. Please, keep up the good work. Now, my question is this, how come no one has come out with an LvL cap editor for NW single player. I have seen 1, that allowed multi-class LVL's 60,60,60. I did not try it, and I'm not sure if it even worked. I know what your thinking, another cheater. But that is not the case. The only way I can get through the repetitive, somewhat boring sp game is by playing the character I want. Yes, you may think 180 LvL's is overpowered, but you can always up the difficulty, in fact SP has just a hak for that. I personally don't feel like playing through the game with a spellcaster, then a dual-wielding fighter, then a monk. I would rather play them all together. Then you can play around with your spellcasting tactics, and fighting techniques. All the games I have ever played, there was always a cheat or trainer, hak, something that I wish I had to either make the game more fun or easier. And I could always find it online, because someone always thought of it long before me. I know I can't be the only one thinking of this. With all the amazing additions to games like BG1 and 2, and many other games I can't believe someone can't figure out how to do this. I came to this forum first because it is my favorite. Will someone please answer this enigma for me.

There is no publically accessible XP cap remover for NWN that'd work to my knowledge... Unlike in the IE games, here you can't just up the limits and make very small changes... Rules change significantly for over level 20.

I'm sorry, but what rules are we talking about, D&D rules, or computer scripting rules. Because if it is D&D rules, then it is obvious that, that is not what I am concerened about. I never was into D&D, but I am into computer RPG's. I believe that in D&D the multi-class I mention is not possible anyway. Correct me if I'm wrong. And if it is a scripting thing, I have seen alot of crazy and ingenious cheats (that is what we will call this) in previous games. I know I'm pressing the issue, but I know I am not the only one who wants something like this.

The problem as I see is that nwn does not support the abilities of characters over lvl 20, so it would be nearly impossible to allow characters to go above lvl 20 without creating knew classes and objects in the script editor.

Actually, in 3e, it is possible. The only combinations that aren't are ones that have alignment conflicts.

The epic level handbook is out, so we now have the rules available to us. The xp cap raiser will prolly be in the inevitable expansion.
