Unopenable box

    [​IMG] In the finale to chapter one, there is a box that i can't open, through magic, picking, bashing, or anything, I cant find a key. It's a large chest, and examining it says that it is covered in hide and arcane symbols. There was quite a nasty fire trap on it too. Can anyone help? i really want to know whats inside. Thanks

    Also: I assume the hand shaped pedastal needs a diamond to work? Is this linked to the boxes? Is there a diamond in Helm's hold, or do i have to bring one from nw?

    Please help!!

    Tomi couldn't open that box either (nor disable the trap so I took the damage). I just bypassed that room with the animated armor.

    I know I tried with Tomi as well. There is a jewel in the courtyard that activates the armour, apparently, but I dont know what that does. Have heard from some ppl that play rogues, that can open the boxes. V. annoying.

    I would like to know what is in the box, too. I even started back from an old save because I found out you can't get back downstairs once you get to the top level and I still wanted to know what is in the box. As far as the pedestal is concerned, you put an etched jewel from the courtyard on it and then the armor animates and fights some of the zombies.
